Our conference venue is the Ambrosia Banquet & Events at 638 Fisgard Street. The Centennial Square Parkade (645 Fisgard Street) is located right across the street from the venue. Rate is $15/day.

Are there any meals included with my registration?
No. Our conference venue is in the middle of Chinatown with lots of food options for you to discover!

Can I bring a guest for the Ghostly Walk, Hermann's Jazz Night or Tea at the Empress?
Yes! These optional events are open to all. You can buy extra tickets/make the reservation separately.

Can I register at the door the day of the event?
Yes, we will take registrations at the door on the day of the event, but advanced registrations is STRONGLY recommended for easy check-in. Payments by e-transfer and credit card will be accepted. Please arrive early to complete your registration and payment on site.

What if I can't attend after I registered and paid?
Registrations are non-transferable; requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis until October 25th only.
