Northwestern Region Timeline
September 8, 2025 - Deadline to apply for NATSAA on nats.org (fee of $75.00)
September 15, 2025 - Deadline for American applicants, who have verified scheduling conflicts with their local region's NATSAA, to request to be reassigned to the At Large (virtual) Region. Requests must be emaild to [email protected].
October 1, 2025 - Deadline for video submissions of International Region applicants and approved At Large Region applicants.
November 7, 2025 - Live Regional NATSAA Competition held at Pacific Opera Victoria's Baumann Centre in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, as part of the Northwestern Regional Conference 2025. Winner for the Northwestern Region will be announced at the Finals the same night.
November 17, 2025 - NATSAA National Semifinalists announced
December 1, 2025 - Deadline for NATSAA region winner to request a staff collaborative pianist for National Semifinals & Finals.
January 2026 - Live NATSAA National Semifinals & Finals in New York City. Date TBA.
July 3-7, 2026 - The 59th National NATS Conference in San Antonio, Texas, at which the national NATSAA winner will perform a featured recital.
